We created The Northbound to showcase everything the midwest has to offer: beautiful wedding venues and Insta-worthy elopement locations. Photographers, florists, stylists, and all of the other vendors that work overtime to create events that look like they’re straight out of a magazine. And, perhaps most of all, the love between two people who are just like you and me. We think all our crazy beautiful #northboundlove deserves to be shared with the rest of the world!

North Shore Elopement on the Shores of Lake Superior
Minnesota’s North Shore is seriously the perfect spot for a scenic wedding or elopement. And while having a wedding in the middle of a Minnesota winter may seem a little crazy, we are completely here for it. After all, is there anything more Minnesotan than wearing snow boots under your wedding dress?!

We love everything about this cozy tablescape, but donuts that spell out the bride & groom’s last name may be the cutest thing we’ve ever seen!
